Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bread

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
- 1 large loaf French bread
Make the Filling
First, get your oven preheating to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and hot sauce until it’s all smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken, about 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese, and the chopped scallions.
Assemble and Bake the Bread
Cut the top off the loaf of French bread and hollow out the inside, leaving about an inch of bread around all the sides. You can save the bread you pull out for dipping later.
Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the hollowed-out loaf and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese over the top.
Place it on a baking sheet and bake for ~18 – 22 minutes, or until the filling is warmed through and bubbly.
You can slice it up to serve, or just let people tear off pieces of the bread and dip it.
