Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Bread
The key to this appetizer is baking a creamy, spicy buffalo chicken dip right inside a hollowed-out loaf of French bread. The bread gets crusty on the outside and soaks up some of the dip on the inside. It's a super simple, all-in-one party snack.

shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend

large loaf French bread

Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
Fold in shredded chicken, 1½ cups cheese blend, and scallions.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut top off French bread and hollow out interior, leaving 1-inch shell.
Fill bread shell with chicken mixture and top with remaining ½ cup cheese.
Bake on sheet pan 18-22 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Slice to serve.
Notes
Reserved bread pieces can be used for dipping.
