Bakery Style Monster Cookies

These are classic monster cookies, which means they're loaded with peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms. The texture comes from creaming the butter and peanut butter with the sugars, which whips air into the dough and gives the cookies a thick, chewy body with soft centers and crisp edges.
